We recommended renting your inflatables and tents, on average, for 10% of their retail sales price. For example, if your unit cost $1,000, then your average rental rate would be $100 per rental. Using this formula, notwithstanding operating costs, it would take 10 rentals to match what you paid for your equipment. Also, depending on your location, exposure, and experience, a good estimate is that you should be renting, on average, one rental per week or 52 rentals per year. Based on the aforementioned and a $1,000 unit cost, your Return on Investment (ROI) would be around $5,200 per unit annually. Please keep in mind, however, that this is only an estimate and does not take into account operating cost, overhead, and your time. However, it should provide you with a basis to make an educated decision on starting and growing your business.

What is Freight Shipping?
Freight shipping, LTL, or Common Carrier Shipping is generally reserved for large (pallet sized) and heavy (over 100 pounds) shipments. Buy Bouncers products are shipped on protected pallets. The company that handles the freight shipment is referred to as a Common Carrier. Popular common carriers are FedEx and TForce Freight.

How do Freight Shipments work at Buy Bouncers?
Buy Bouncers request proper loading and palletizing of products, such as Inflatables and Tents, to secure them with appropriate straps and plastic wrapping. We coordinate all the shipping arrangements and oversee the pickup by common carrier. Once the PRO number (tracking number) is provided we provide that information to you, our customer, so you may track your shipment.

Do I need to inspect my delivery?
Upon receiving the shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment BEFORE signing the release of liability. Once the release is signed, Buy Bouncers cannot be held liable for any shipping damages or missing items.

Residential or Commercial?
Freight companies provide a discount if the order is shipping to a commercial address. Residential rates are higher. A home doesn’t necessarily qualify as commercial even if your business is located there. It must be zoned commercial. Unfortunately, we do not control the zoning program that the shipping company uses. Buy Bouncers does not discriminate on “free shipping” orders. If the order qualifies for free shipping, there will not be an upcharge or discount for residential or commercial delivery.

What is Lift Gate Service?
Freight Carrier Lift Gate service is required for freight orders where the drop off location does not have a loading dock or the ability to move the shipment directly off the truck. This also is required for shipments deemed too heavy or large to unload safely by hand. This service will lower the shipment to the ground so it can be moved.

NOTE: Lift gate service can add additional time to the delivery date. Please contact the Freight Carrier to setup a delivery time via phone. If more information is needed on your delivery, please contact us at 830.714.3836.


Is my location considered Limited Access?
If the drop off location has limited access to a full-size semi (53 feet), there may be an additional fee added to the order. This would also include Residential or Commercial gated or restricted access locations, such as parks, playgrounds, camps, schools, churches, convention centers, and state and federal government locations or any location that limits or restricts the Freight Carrier’s access to the delivery location. This is strictly what the freight company charges and the customer will be billed for the amount during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility select Limited Access at checkout before the order ships if their location is limited access.

What if I miss my delivery appointment?
You will need to contact the Freight Carrier to set up a redelivery. Note that the Freight Carrier will change for redelivery and storage fees for any delays to your delivery. This is strictly what the freight company charges us, and the customer will be billed for the amount.

What if I need to change my address after the order shipped?
Any changes to the bill of lading removes Buy Bouncers from any liability. Note that changes to the Bill of Lading will only be authorized by Buy Bouncers. The additional charge for the change will be billed to the customer.

What happens if I don’t provide correct contact information? Freight companies need to have correct contact information for your delivery. The phone number provided should be one that is monitored continually during a typical business day. It should also go direct to the person in charge of receiving the delivery. Commercial Manufactured Inflatables for Sale - Quality Assurance:

Buy Bouncers distributes manufactured products that are built with a PVC Coated, Heavy-Duty Vinyl with weights up to 18 oz. Below, you’ll notice picture of vinyl testing, quality netting and the computer, precision sewing table.



All our inflatables are double, and quadruple stitched for best performance and security. This is standard procedure with commercial sewing machines. Additionally, the stitch points are set tighter to ensure a tight seam.



Commercial Inflatables - Product Quality:
  • Units are stitched with heavy-duty, water resistant, nylon thread to minimize the chances of seam failure due to wear and tear and waterlogging, particularly on water units.
  • Finger-Resistant Netting helps prevent injury to riders. This netting is tighter by design and finer as compared to standard netting where riders’ fingers can get trapped within the netting.
  • Double-Layered Material sewn onto high stress areas such as entrances, pop-ups, and high-wear areas make units more durable and safer. Double-layered material provides additional durability and longevity to our units by distributing stresses onto two layers of material instead of the usual single layer.
  • Double, Triple or Six-Way Box Stitching on all units ensure that our units will be durable and will last. Multiple layers of stitching enhance the durability of the inflatable by reducing the chance of seam failures and tearing. Seams on high-traffic areas are then reinforced with nylon strips or webbing to provide even greater strength.
